Concretely, when I build the piece that assembles Key Development data for the page, each entry in Military Strength becomes: take the country code you typed → look up that country’s current milRank from the already-loaded country data → use that as the rank shown on the card. If a country somehow has no rank on file, it just shows a placeholder rather than breaking.
